If you would like to attend please This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. by Friday 12th January so that we can ensure we have enough coaches available to comply with safety rations and know what resources to prepare.

The sessions will start at 1pm. Please arrive by 12.50pm so we can get started by 1pm. Parents who wish to accompany their children on the activities are encouraged or alternatively are very welcome to join the adult's group and have a go themselves. Children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. All participants should wear full leg cover and sturdy footwear and should bring a water bottle. Gloves, hat and a waterproof also advised.

Cost will be £3 per session to non-members, free to club members.

Venue Details

Runnable deciduous woodland and a variety of open and semi-open areas.  Several stream valleys provide contour detail.  It is split into three parts by the Sheffield Parkway and A57, but footbridges mean this doesn't have a negative impact on course planning. An excellent map was surveyed and drawn in 2010 by Marcus Pinker.

Safety & risk

A comprehensive risk assessment will have been carried out by the organiser, but participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety during the event. If a competitor has a pre-existing medical condition that they think should be declared, please complete a medical form at enquiries. The sealed envelope will only be opened in an emergency.
