SYO have been awarded a grant by Sport England to set up a weekly club night to provide fitness and technique training to members.
It is intended that a number of groups will run to cater for juniors (8+) and adults and varying levels of experience. Different themes are likely to operate on a cyclical basis including circuits, running drills & interval training, technique sessions and events with optional coaching.
To assist the Development Committee with planning the sessions, please complete our very short survey (only 5 questions) by Monday 1st May and let us know your views. If you have more detailed feedback please email Pauline.
